We are in Tier 4 so unfortunately we are closed.
Welcome to our lovely local!
Since our family came to Washbrook in August 2018, as the new tenants for this lovely village pub, we have worked very hard to offer customers good, tasty food, which is reasonably priced and with lots of choice on the menu to tempt you. We offer a Gluten Free menu option for virtually everything we cook, and as well as the main menu and super dessert selection, we offer all the pub classic favourites, including our renowned Gluten Free Fish and Chips and on Sundays, our delicious Gluten Free Sunday lunch roast with all the trimmings. Our very popular Specials Board offers a range of tasty alternatives to the pub classics and we change this regularly to keep your taste buds entertained. We have dining options for vegetarians and vegans and are happy to accommodate other special dietary requirements wherever possible on request.
We haven’t just been focusing on the food either – our real ale selection features Adnams Southwold bitter and Adnams Ghost Ship, along with some brilliant guest ales. We also offer the premium Bavarian Hell Lager, along with 2 other lager choices and a new addition to our cider range is the Herefordshire Stowford Press Mixed Berries to accompany our Suffolk Aspalls popular cider.
As most of our regular customers know, The Brook Inn is a community pub, owned by friends, regulars and villagers of Washbrook, Copdock and surrounding villages who put up the money to buy the pub to keep a community asset alive.
A huge thank-you to all our regulars and to the many, many new friends and visitors who have joined us to try our food and ales. We hope to keep you coming back to try our lovely food and great beer and we are pleased to announce the launch of the new Christmas 2020 menu – check the menu pages on the website for more details.
We’ve been working really hard to make sure we can offer a safe environment and be Covid regulation-compliant for our guests and staff alike and we really appreciate your patience with us in this new normal.
We ask that if you want to dine with us, please book via phone (01473 730531) or email (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) to avoid any disappointment. We are operating with reduced seating capacity and it is essential that you reserve a table for bookings for our restaurant at peak times. In periods of sunny weather, we have loads of outside seating in the garden which is available on first come first served basis.
We look forward to seeing you soon!
